All text, layout and code on this site belong to VivantHaus. Images of artworks remain the copyright of the artists and are reproduced with permission. Do not reproduce either without written consent.

Trade marks

Evolving Walls™, The Living Collection™ and The Curatorial Cycle™ are trade marks of VivantHaus, originated by its founder and used to identify the VivantHaus method of living with original art. They may not be used, imitated or incorporated into another name, service, publication or domain without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use will be treated as passing off.

The ™ symbol denotes a mark claimed in use. Registration is being pursued in the relevant classes; this notice does not itself constitute a registration.

Membership

Membership is granted at our discretion, begins on acceptance of the membership agreement, and may be paused or terminated as set out in that agreement. Fees are billed monthly in advance. Placement value limits apply per tier.

Works on placement

Works remain the property of VivantHaus or of the consigning owner. Members receive a right of possession, not ownership, until a work is acquired outright. Works may not be moved, lent, photographed for commercial use, altered or sold by a member.

Insurance and liability

Works are insured by the club at agreed value, including accidental domestic damage. Cover excludes wilful damage, neglect, and loss arising from unauthorised movement of a work. Our liability to members is limited to the fees paid in the preceding [12] months, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Cancellation

Membership may be cancelled with [30] days' notice. Works on placement are collected at our cost. Accrued acquisition credit lapses [90] days after membership ends.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction], and the courts of [jurisdiction] have exclusive jurisdiction.
