Who we are

VivantHaus [registered company name, number and address] is the controller of personal data collected through this website. Contact: privacy@vivanthaus.art.

What we collect

Information you give us through the application, contact and subscription forms: name, email address, city, membership preference, and anything you choose to write about your home or your collection. We also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, where analytics are enabled.

Why we collect it

To assess membership applications, to reply to enquiries, to administer placements and insurance, and — only with your consent — to send occasional correspondence. We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers.

Legal basis

Consent for correspondence; performance of a contract for membership administration; legitimate interests for responding to enquiries and protecting works in our custody.

How long we keep it

Applications that do not proceed are deleted after [12] months. Member records are retained for the duration of membership and [7] years afterwards for insurance and tax purposes.

Your rights

You may request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may withdraw consent at any time. Write to the address above. You also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority.

Cookies

This website sets no tracking cookies by default. If you add analytics or embedded media, disclose them here and obtain consent where required.
